Alderfer's Genuine Schafer's Style Bologna uses Schafer's original formula for this bologna. The bologna contents contains but is not limited to beef, water, beef heaerts, salt, spices, sodium nitrite and sodium. This is the same bologna some of you may remember from Easton PA. You will get 2 1lb chubs shipped cold in a styrofoam carton with an ice pack. For our Southern and Western friends where the weather might be warmer we suggest shipping UPS Blue.
